the rose layed on the barren grave (Free verse) by josh_5o

The rose layed on the barren grave. The lily floating on the slimy swamp. The rain drop falling on the sun dried desert. The melody heard by deaf ears. The light seen by blind eyes. The warmth felt by cold, trembling hands. The map found by the lost soul. The sunrise ending the lonesome night. The faint voice heard in silence. The God that was all this to me.

Laid not layed.A barren grave would be...an empty hole?
