Stolen Away (Free verse) by Carvaceous

Vile trust My wall has been breached My heart stolen away Such precious cargo It breaks without tender care Ah, yet not enough its proved to be My wall its armor A weakness in thoughtless trust Such misconception Manipulating trust speaking witty words Sugar coated hurts That cracked my wall And let my heart steal away For a ledge to sit upon With trust as its cushion A cushion of rocks Shattered now lays my heart I leave the pieces And my wall lies echoing

Tsk Tsk Tsk. We are too young too love. Too foolish to consider unrequitted feelings. Too young...I'll be your shoulder to cry on in your time of woe.. I only know because I've been through a love so tortorous that I didn't know if I could stand to look in his eyes with out knowing that he'd be ok. That he'd live. Then as I say...Then She Got Over It the title of a new poem. You'll learn and eventually...Hey here's a thought, maybe you were just looking for validation...Try to feel better and get sleep.
