the galenoi, an ancient tribe from chiaros, in fairest greece no coward white their forebear was but he who plucked the golden fleece they upon the ocean sailed as one across the sundering sea in many caravels they rode to rome, in warlike italy in roma many years they stayed settled down to raise a family till one year war between them came the galenoi were forced to flee whither now, the women cried and wept until the men did say to andalusia in spain come now, fair wives, we go away in spain princes they all became though they did this by no ruse for many moons they spent in spain their blood mixed with that of andalus the moors then came and stole the land the galenoi were forced to leave to bayonne, in france, they moved in force and swore that to the land they'd cleave years brought battles two on two the galenoi soldiers became their sires, bernart and raimbaut fair fought bravely and did win them fame till one year plague upon the land a blight it was did settle down galiana left, the only one galiana left to win renown

Very original retelling of Jason and the Argonauts. That happens to be one of my favorite stories in greek mythology so I Voted it a ten.
