no, its not bingo, ill tell u dumb people. Its someone sayin 9....11 with a pause (like bingo) bowing his head in remembrance of 9/11, or 11/9 in REAL date format, and someone completely spoiling the mood by shouting HOUSE.. GEDDIT YET???
