First date (for Larry, a lesbian vampire) (Free verse) by Bachus

I keep to myself I stay with my own I polished my shelf and my cape has been sewn When I'm out and about Roaming the 'scene' Hunting for touch My senses are keen In the shade I halt, then wait I'm feeling pure mood and I need a new mate My virile grand form Paling ever so slow My touch lasts forever I made Cupid's bow Charmingly vague I stand on my own In me there's no sex-life Sex-death is my tone She has come into view Silk scarf worn just right It is terribly windy On this foreboding night Like that, it is over My malevolent kiss Her heart was for taking An irrelevant bliss I stepped out to greet her She was startled and wary "Please let me escort you". "My name is Count Larry". She then held out her hand and I was quick to take hold "Sir, may i inquire as to your profession?" "But of course, i tongue flick the fold"

I was definitely not expecting that at the end, but the poem is great. It left me wishing there was more to it.
