Fear (Free verse) by Phalkon

i lay awake in bed my heart is pounding painfully a million thoughts run through my head my fears begin to forte i then begin to sweat the second hand ticks slowly and i am without rest the noise outside my door taps most menacingly i now begin to wonder if i'll see the light of day the door creaks open slowly a beam lights up my room a fear i've never known before enters through the door my teeth begin to chatter uncontrollably now only do i realize fear has control of me!

In addition to writing it, as you say, did you also invent your own language system, undecipherable to most, which you've shared with only your closest friends (i.e., Blindpoetry)? No? You meant for this poem to make sense in English? Then you fail.

At any rate, this conversation was innocent enough until you claimed I hadn't passed the fourth grade three comment-deletions ago. Now I trust you know who is the spanker and who's the spanked? Good. You may delete this comment at your leisure. After this, if you ever delete another of my comments I'll break your legs, punk. Okay? Thanks.
