Not sure how you'd get a filter to work, perhaps simple guidelines for posting and if someone violates them then they would get kicked off the site. I wouldn't want to get accused of "censorship", but parhaps an agreement to guidelines upon sign up and an "inappropriate" button or link to block the poem until it can be reviewed for general appropriateness. As Far as Grant money goes--that's not my department, but it certainly sounds feasable! just a thought--Perhaps you could charge a school license fee to use the site--say, 50 - 100 bucks to grant the school an access code to be used with their log ins.
