Agreed. We all take crap on here at various times, just establish yourself among the more intelligent users and you'll soon find that you get relevant criticism and praise where appropriate. I did read your poems although I didn't have time to sign in and comment. They weren't bad, but the first thing I'd recommend is not putting the whole copyright essay at the foot. It's not necessary (nentwined took care of that; as it says at the bottom of each page 'All poems Copyright (c) their respective authors)', and it ruins the base of the poem.
Seriously though, if you're prepared to sift through the useless comments you'll find that there's a lot you can learn from this site. I know I did. Oh yes, one more thing. I took a look at your paintings too, the one with the crosses and the cloud hand was particularly good.
