Hey, I realise this post was from a long timeago, but I wanted to weigh in on the thought. I have thought the same thing, not suprisingly. Who would buy it? People who are published in it, their families and friends, libraries could be given copies,(thereby generating interest). People would buy a copy to put in their local libraries, as self-promotion. I fully agree with the funny comments being included. That language is as much about what Poemranker is, as the poetry is. Perhaps even award 'the worst poem ever sumitted'. I think two different editions is a good idea. One "Inside Poemranker", general. And then a "Best of". I could imagine it being perused at college campuses.....hmm...sociology, psychlogy, Writers and psychosis,The unrecognised Writer. Just so many prospects for use. I would imagine you could put a disclaimer that anything posted transers right to a one time publication, and spell out compensation levels for what is published. To use what has already been posted, you could send a notice of your wanting to publish theirpiece, and have themsign a consent form to allow you to do so.(I know their are typos, but when I backspace I have to type every single thing after that point!)I think you should seriously consider publishing something. It would draw more quality writers to the site. It would generate interest in the site, and more publicity. You would get mentioned on writers sites and marketing sites. I think it would be a win-win situation! I think you would be surprised at the money and interest it would generate. respectfully commenting...LilMsLadyPoet
