FOR PEOPLE JUST JOINING THE CONVERSATION:
It's been proposed that we supplement the kinda useless and arbitrary Top 20 listings by having users post their own, subjective Top 10 lists (but probably not Bottom 10 lists). Here's an idea of what it would look like:
