You will implement an Enhanced Chat Cave. The Enhanced Chat Cave will feature:

(1) A /topic command
(2) A functioning /beep command
(3) A less gay interface, including a sidebar showing active users.
(4) Users automatically join the Chat Cave when they log on to poemeranker. Stealth ranking (ranking without simultaneously chatting in the Chat Cave) is rude, and should not be tolerated.
(5) QED
