Only poetes who display the proud shackles of the HARNESS can access the inner sanctum of poemranker and the new special skills it furnishes. An advisory panel should be set up to decide who is to be strapped into the HARNESS. The panel should consist of nentwined, -=Dark_Angel=- and dougsoderstrom.
