Suggestion:

Far be it from me to felch out my stultifyingly ill-informed opinions all over this suggestion board, carelessly blundering all over the place like some sort of deranged Harris, but there are a number of dissatisfying properties of the suggestions page:

1. Suggestions and replies do not show up on a user's comments page.
2. You cannot search for them.
3. You can post them anonymously, unlike comments and replies on poemes.

This mockery of the commenting system has gone on long enough, nentwined.

At least add an option to the search page or something.

Far be it from me to felch out my stultifyingly ill-informed opinions all over this suggestion board, carelessly blundering all over the place like some sort of deranged Harris, but I would like to respond as follows:

1. It's good to give the suggestion board a low profile. If n00bs are made aware of the delights of the suggestion board, they will undoubtedly begin to felch out their stultifyingly ill-informed opinions therein.

2. As suggestions are deleted by nentwined according to his whim, the utility of a search facility would be at best limited.

3. The hyperlinking of IP renders irrelevant the fact that suggestions can be posted "anonymously". Indeed, I would advocate the introduction of anonymous comments and replies on poems. You would be able to discover the identity of the user by clicking on the hyperlinked IP.

4. Q. E. D.

5. Your suggestion fails.

6. You fail.

7. Thanks!!

1. OK, I take your point about it being a useful place to say something where you know you'll only have a select audience.

2. But it's annoying when you know you've said something quite good once, and you can't find it by searching your comments archive. Then you realise it must have been on the suggestions board, and you have to manually search through 140-odd suggestions.

3. Hence a search facility, at least, would be useful.

4. My suggestion is valid.

5. You fail.

6. But at least you were brave.
