The Sipping of the Light (Free verse) by DeadtotheWorld
Many times I close these dreadful curtains For I know soon they will open again The light it peers through my room But I'm to scared to see, Because in darkness is where Lie and remain to be The shadows of the glimmering sky is where I roam I love the entirety of the black hearted night, Because I feel at home So I continue to hide with you by my side As we hide form the rest so we can't be torn part Darkness And soberly, Is were we can be to make each other happy We live in are own little world where we can always be Such a great place no one can take you away from me I know this is the way you want things to be Because this is how I want them too I don't really care where I am as long as I'm with you
