Recycle (Free verse) by Patsy
i am just with the rain tonight. i have to think about where this water comes from, how long it's been water. i am between your Seine and you Rhine, am decided what chunk to take, how long to chew. So it occurs to me that you occured to me first when i tried to open the milk carton backwards my fingers weren't thinking of the task at hand: they were remembering but what they were remembering i don't remember. But today my walls are paper. i soak up everything surrounding my shell, you please are like water and you are like scissors not even pushing holes in the pulpy, wet mess, but taking (,) one square at a time.
