Contention (Free verse) by Drummer
June 19, 2002 ~ Contention ~ incompletely fascinated but no motion because transparency has dilated my pupils such an impression does not belong in life pretentious thoughtlessness a characteristic of some does nothing to stimulate ~ the allegation stands but noticeably threw off my equilibrium no problem just another series of oscillations it must be the passion for freedom or a contradiction by intimidation ~ we can hold our breath but cannot refuse to swallow it?s all arbitrary the temporal idol has turned to profanity definitely beyond repair that is in my view transcendence is devoid of hope ~ the continual shuttling between and there is no mastery it is not a skill but just an exhausting drive into recklessness where unreasonable virtue seems to have left some powerless and like many I am tired of criticism of disparagement and spitefulness tit for tat it?s just a contention of mine
