Afar the madding crowd Atop the mossy hills so green Rest my tranquil village so proud Clad in a sheath of fog so sheen Where meandering streams flow placidly The sea green leaves of banyan tree rustling In tune with gentle breeze blowing In my ear still timbre its musical clings fervently Hallowed with cheerful dawns And soaring skylark’s twittering songs Of blooming buds and cooing doves Tis an enchanting paradise
