Wayne, do you? (Free verse) by T. Jonathron Remp
Wayne, are you part of a poetry conglomerate?
Are you filled with lofty ambitions to become
17th to 19th in line for the presidency of the
United States of America?
Are you that kind of characta?
Wayne, are you still convinced
that your blood is blue
before it spews
and turns red when it bursts out of your head?
Wayne, are you dead?
Wayne, do you still buy your inkjet replacement cartridges from that
same website*?
Are you scared of a snake bite? Are you felty along certain areas of
your back?
Wayne, would you prefer a light snack? Are you a backer of Barack? Are
you high on that smack? Are you the tick to my tack?
Wayne, do you listen to crickets?
Do you listen at all, can you cushion my fall? WAYNE!
