May 10, 2004 (Free verse) by Patsy
What do i know of Misery? Nothing. Selfish, i enjoy staring with Melancholy. We both see the same constellations, we each need our pauses like rain. Misery has never visited us on these little sojourns. But we know she's there. Your words reeked of her. Misery had her boots on the day you were crowned her favourite. You took her veil away and made her plain. She'll never forgive you.
