movie hours (Free verse) by shrutikay
Singing plunging…. My love is hopelessly drenching And the trickles fall apart… Eyes are too beautiful to start… But summer kills me bcoz I m all I can ask to be Just the one whose missing …and I pray Hold on till I make my way Senseless themes play about Some are calm and mysterious Dreamy morns…I love such dawns… Do u? Not that I really want to know… So wait and say All compliments…Lay a galore I love em just as I love u I love this world….oh this petty little world… The moon shines for me…. you know The sun brightens for me….so The breeze loves to kiss me….true And I love to be with you You make me smile…just as long As long as I love I am young and I love songs And play them …I’ll listen I’ll be all yours …so go on Don’t express……words are too bland Don’t be lavish….gifts are not grand, Just look in to my eyes…and I’ll look back Eternity will pass…I’ll love u like that The colors ….see their vivacity Don’t they make you feel great? I am charmed and I want them… I want my life to be a colorful array These panes …why do they shine Under the waxing and waning moon They steal my love……that’s not fair How can they have such tremendous airs? The rim of crystal…it touches the wine And then touches my lips…with the same charm… They flirt…though I don’t mind… Rather I can’t help being alarmed And when u come my lovest of all I’ll tell you…my calm betrays… Maybe even shud too on you coz… That wane and crystal don’t worship me the same Let’s walk….n no...not ur car The world awaits…with reticent waves Let the veils be lost in the murk Let me tell you...of the moon crystal panes….the touch.. And when I cry….let the tears fall… And notice how gravity pulls them down… How mother earth takes them away from me… Stop her….I need them…. they are mine
