Diamonds & Glass (Free verse) by shit
If I could just lay down eternally And forever remain resting Unaware of the seasons passing Split with my twin-sister Pain finally, I would feel like the Evenstar Cold but tranquil like a lake Absolved of all my mistakes Emptiness is the price for a grief-free heart, Although me and her would feel the same Her beauty would be unbearable still A tragic but wonderful view Static star, frozen flame The image of me wouldn´t be so poetic A future girl on a Levi´s dark jeans skirt Alcohol breath, bloody wrists cut Lying in weakness, pathetic While around her grew the greenest grass Next to mine, bored police officers would gather No smell of Elanor exaling, though I´d rather, Understand the difference between diamonds and glass A noble spirit´s sleep: a heavenly vision A corpse in a freezer: waiting for recognition. p.s.: Arwen is an elf created by J.R.R Tolkien in the Lord of the Rings
