Don't know what to do
Don't know how to tell you
I have this feeling
And it's all about you
But what Iâm feeling isnât clear
Iâm not thinking straight
And not knowing is what I fear
Why do you say you love me?
When you can have anyone you want
The thought of you and another
Always seems to haunt
It makes me go crazy
I want to believe you
But do you really care about me?
This I can't answer
It's all up to you
Cause right now I can't think
