Shhhh ~ don't make a sound there is nothing so peaceful as stillness time marks places unforseen to us melting candles and burning flame quiet in the night ~ a feather falling from bird in flight no sound not even a whisper clouds billowing by overhead white and dark alike no sound at all to changing seasons ~ sunlight bowing out with reason to moonlit skies all take place in silence silence of smiles with words unspoken as silent as we hide nighttime cries ~ silence in tears rolling from eyes summer wind blow softly photographs tell of peace of times that were a soft kiss on a quiet face ~ a gentle touch of loving grace invisible tides rising and falling all so still that no one can notice lovebeds softly like willows weep love that speaks with no tongue ~ murmurs to our little one electric light of dreams in dark broken bird shells above in nest while blood moves quiet through our veins to fullness of another's heart
