can't go back (Lyric) by brazen
say the words and i'll be there to lick old wounds exposed and bare let them all laugh and stare i was never one to care. how long was i away? how come i didn't say? i swear this time i'll stay can't go back to yesterday. alone was never a scary word until i used it more then once sitting here transformed a dunce your mind condemned by legions of dirty cunts i was behind you those months. how long were you away? how come you didn't say? you swear this time you'll stay can't go back to yesterday. piles of pills mount on a storied ground i lie face first wishing you're around to stop me from killing this next pound that my chest tries to sound. how far are we away? how could we ever say? we swore we'd always stay but now we'll never make it back, back to you yesterday.
