The baby sponge is best by far.

sways in the ocean
keeping shipwrecks under guard
All day it sits
soaking things up
Instead of running into other people's yard!

it hurts, it hurts!
if this is in the spirit of "Do Not Pay Taxes" you're on the mark. I'd have to see this in context of a few other poems. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Cause otherwise it isn't very good.
And what of the purple bruised urchin when it comes lurchin into a yard full of Sod!!!!
