Dream Samurai (Free verse) by Lifeboatman
My honor rests on a dream
Made of a plastic blue pipe
And I sulk on a glory that never was
In a shady corner of my home
Spitting nicotine while I don
My hero's cloth of ragged shirt
I am not even king of this festered ignominy
And as I hide from them my truth
With courteous gestures of sanity
And talks of school, future and stability
I am slowly dying alive inside

Hmm. Makes more sense when I notice the title--but I'm still lost with a plastic blue pipe.
