Pointless (Free verse) by fadedlove
Tear me up and cut me down. Its just the beginning of the ride. Play the red card, walk away. Shuttup and suck up your pride. Live for less and want for nothing. You're sounding just a bit pointless. Lock up your feelings, swallow the key. Fall behind in your blindness. Fear the meek, shun the loved. It's just something you've never known. Tie the noose around the problem. Casted down by the throne. Fool for anything black and white. For things you think are sure. Hate the gray man at the table. Too late, you've already been lured.

Up the ladder: The Flawed Inventor
Down the ladder: Playfight

These personal diatribes seldom work as poems.

"Play the red card, walk away" is what we do when no other reason for refusing sex comes immediatly to mind.
