Untiltled (Free verse) by nothingtoanyone
I sit here with cloves in my deepest depths.
Sipping at the curdles silent my undoing.
Foaming at the edges it is rabid with anger, fighting itâs death it
bites like a baby.
Holding still I wait, wait for nothing, Iâm not sure.
Press my lips shut Iâm in silence. I hear the wind blowing softly,
hunting my cries.
Dead I think not, just whisked away on its sheer wings.
It steals more then my words, taking all of me, itâs greedy.
To you it blows, tickling the hair of your ears.
My name it tells you, over and over.
It shouts as blood drips onto the virgin floor, drums are left weeping
red.
Shaking the ringing in your head, your obscured vision frightens the
world.
Blind and cracked you stand in a school of trembling fish.
A shark amongst them you stand, masked by their skin, unseen you will
remain.
