Black and White (Sonnet) by Acid_moose
As I lay here, Tired and cold I can only wish I was by the firey scold, All I can see is black and white For that is all on a cold winters night, The emotions you feel when completely defenseless My greatest fear is this, It is a frigid world we live in now Yet there is this glow, from no where some how, It unendingly grows until it is all around It lifts me up off of the ground, Colors I see once again Beauty across the dreary land, Up from the sky comes a hand That leads me to a kingdom of clouds.

Up the ladder: A Boy Without Rain
Down the ladder: Inside You
