MONSOON (Free verse) by rrashi
How beautiful is monsoon, Which has come very soon, With the cooing of birds, With the draud of frogs, The tiny dew drops on trees. The dancing of peacocks. And the cold which will freeze. After the hot & dry summer, It comes with smell of wet sand, The most poignant pictures it brings, It comes with the refreshing , sound of draining water, This season bring with it a reason, To enjoy and play after the hot may.

Up the ladder: Devour
Down the ladder: prove me wrong

Better than your last. I've never felt a monsoon, but almost can. Could do without "The most poignant pictures it brings," Check punctuation and grammar in the last 4 lines.
