Mother nature's creation (Terza Rima sonnet) (Terza Rima) by sanity
watch the grey mist lift and clear the abstract views
and feel the warmth of the morning sun on you
showering down lighting rays of golden hues
before your eyes unveils a poetic view
as mother nature unwraps her creation
leaving behind a sodden carpet of dew
songbirds join together in celebration
with all creepy-crawlies and rivers and trees
as you stand back and watch in admiration
the wind plays its part and whistles on a breeze
kissing my face gently, I let out a sigh
stand in awe of mother natures expertise
it is a wonder that no one can deny
how all this could be here for just you and I
