What You Give (Free verse) by NoSage
I've lived, loved and lost Counted the cost For all That I've bought. Ive calculated my losses My gains and my crosses Everything I've got. I've spent time on the good side, Done things I'd like to hide. But now I'm back. I'm living the good life, Whether or not it's given to me Taking all the challenges As far as I can see. Freedom is easy in this land where I live. But I'm just beginning to realize, It's not what you take, but what you give.

Up the ladder: The Pear Blossom Highway
Down the ladder: Winter
