I dont think that there are rules in poetry! I do not write to form a perfect sentence or word scheme. What I write comes from my soul, my heart and visions! The Burning Rage poems, I wrote at moments when I would have rather cut myself! But I grabbed a pen instead. I would like to know your definition of a "normal" poem! As you said, "I want to live in a place that's real not ideal" You seem to be idealistic yourself!
