That second line in parentheses has a real conversational feel to it. I read it in the voice of Memento's narratar when he said "which I read religiously." The syntax doesn't work for me.

I like this. The title could be better. And I'd leave the ASCII Art. That's kind of like putting clipart on a manuscript you're submitting for publication--not appropriate.
