Voluptuous, Blonde Bird-Woman (Free verse) by http://mulberryfairy

Anyone with twelve pet parakeets is a nut I think, crunching gingerly across the floor, eyes squinted to avoid fruit fly penetration, hands pocketed to avert one male parakeet’s landing. Danger lies in his vigorous humping: He chafes my hands. Droppings, seeds, and tiny fluffs of feathers, stick to my footskin and between my toes. I brush them off as I climb into her nestbed.

I don't believe that I have read a more vivid poem on this site! I almost gave this an 8 just to save the bell-curve but, upon re-reading it I don't honestly think it can be improved.
So, here's your 10. Thanx for making my day!
