"In this letter, I need you to remember me by this: Until my death, I will yearn for the day When we were together, And could walk, Hand-in-hand by the sunset, Blessed with vibrant, unending conversation, The wind in our hairs, Blowing away the threats and death of youth, My feelings fixated on complete obsession with you. Upon seeing your smile, Your contented eyes, Which I, Despite my normality and powerlessness, Had brought upon you, I knew that, in love, My mind finally understood The culmination of human life. I fear you will be angered by my recent absence. Thus, it pains me to inform you that, As a result of undisclosed circumstances, And my inability to control my own destiny, You will not see, nor hear from me again." - Written by an anonymous man shortly before his scheduled execution. It was never delivered.
