Or:

(b) Nanshe is a boy, in which case he is deliberately spouting sensitive bullshit to woo you. Unfortunately, he has neglected to put his trousers on this morning and, as such, his pitiful attempts to sound sophisticated have ended rather embarrassingly. He gets back on his Wheeled-Chair and rides off into the twilight. One of his wheels passes straight through a rather large pile of dog poo.
