The Fire Burns Bright (an Ode to Kaolin) (Ode) by <~>

Raise your Voices! Raise a Glass! Nentwined! Nentwined! Has risen to the Task! As the New Year broke, He fell to his knee He offered a Jewel, His Eyes said, "Please" She doubted at first That he was in earnest But the Fire in his Heart Burned bright, so she turned and Reflected! Returned! Refueled his Glow! She sparkled and shone-- Her Eyes told him so: His Bride she would be! His Bride she would be! And so, at Midnight On the First of the Year With a new Era breaking Both shed a tear Of Joy! Of Hope! Of things that Would Be! Their Hearts united In loving decree A Promise made, A lifetime to Share A future Together A Love to hold dear So, Raise your Voices! Raise a Glass! Nentwined and his Love Their Hands will make fast!

tis you, mang.
and don't wash those thermals.
ebay is awaiting for you, too.
it was the least i could do.
i believe that poets are a dying breed and should
come together and think tank instead of stripping
eachother to shreds before the real war.
the one against the media and leprichauns...i mean
the little green men from moo,, ah fuck it..the war against
crop spraying and bird caging, the secret wars.
i am your friend,
and also..i know the difference
between a clean hit and a sucker punch.
you deserve neither, just some respect at what
your good at..and that's poetry. cheers to you
darling, and yours.
luv, the starving toothless siberian witch. ms.yaga.
