Godly (Free verse) by brazen

I created this life In the image I wanted to be Built it over many years And never rested a day I gave to my family I gave to my friends I gave my all To the deciples of my kin. I held on with patience With love and forgiveness and fear But now those whom I've helped Have lost their faith in me So suprise knocks them down Wrath from my gentle fists Famine from my soft spoken mouth Until the suffering is past Those standing the judgement Soothe their wounds with the past Assure them that my anger can't last And start again from scratch.

i've already excepted life's bitchlyness by becoming extremely sarcastic and indifferent. and i'll only except your family if it comes equiped with a drunken uncle phil, gold-digger aunt sarah, and a cousin tim who sells pot to his nana, whose name must by mary, but she is always called nana...even by her banker.
