One (Free verse) by adrenalize

One God And yet we fight over who is closer to Him Forgetting He Bestows His Mercy and Blessings on all And He Alone is the judge of right and wrong One father, one mother But we prefer divisions Race, religion, ethnicity and so on Not realizing this road leads nowhere One earth, one sky Even then we create Our Holy Lands Do we not live under the same sky Are we not going to return to the same earth One life To learn, love, hope, laugh and cry Instead of ignorance, hate, despondency, destruction and lies We are all going to die, but lets give life a try
