Ode to the unwanted chip (Free verse) by deadstar

Oh why, Why must I suffer this rejection? To think That in such a world Of free choice and equality, I am still not accepted by you all. Philistines!Bigots!Fools! You dare to judge me because I am the runt of the litter? Because I am a different shade of brown than my brothers? Because the Great chip god,McCain, chose to make me different? Curse you! I was once of the same potato as the other chips on your plate, But still you will not touch my body. And I lie here, Waiting to be eaten, When will you change your selfish ways?

This poem is somewhat stale. Ha ha, I'm funny. It made me smile so that's a good thing. it reminds if of how children feel sorry for inanimate objects. I used to sit on the wobbly chair at home because I knew no one else liked it and I didn't want it to fell left out. My son does the same thing with his toys, well he used to. He doesn't play with toys anymore(sigh). I think children would appreciate this effort.
