someone in grade 6 (YES EVEN FROM THE UNITED STATES. THAT NATION WHERE THE PRESIDENT IS RETARDED "PRIME MINISTER POUTINE OF CANADA WANTS TO MAKE AN IGLOO FOR US?") can punctuate and capitalize. the meaning of the poem is what is important if you dont care to read beyond that then suite yourself go read jack and jill (or whatever that kiddie book is called)
