Loose Leaf (Lyric) by Miggy

The blank paper seems to resemble Feelings left to the reaches of space You find yourself entangled From missing the fringes of my face (Chorus) What have we become ------ Phone calls and instant messaging Nothing to respond back to me And what was sweet two nights ago Is now only a bitter memory The patience has run thin My hope is crumbling within And what was bright two nights ago Is only a dark memory The paper’s shade of white Is the same haunting color Of the indents my mind is left to fight In wishing for something more (Chorus) Why has this been shaped As an airplane flying out the window Why had this been shaped As the ball thrown next to the can Why can’t this simple piece Allow these hearts to grow Why can’t this simple piece Ever find perfection again (Chorus/Ending)

hey miggy, I bet you don't remember me but you gave me a little help with one of my poems a very long time ago, lol :) Glad to see your still writing! =) Anyways, I love the feeling your trying to express here, but when writing a lyric try making a little beat in your mind and singing it. This way you can make sure everything flows together and your not going to run out of breath trying to get everything in. But over-all I enjoyed your imagery.
