Between the Edges (Prose Poem) by woodstock20000

What a wonder this world, this place is; To feel so microscopically small, but so infinitely large, all within one fleeting second. What a wonder these emotions, my soul is; To feel so gloriously at home, but so helplessly lost, all within one fleeting second. And what a wonder my love, my life is, To be so luminously beautiful, but so hopelessly vile, all within a single fleeting, loving, hateing, wonderful, wrenching, second.

Quite nice imagery/thoughts but as a poem it lacks, at least for me, that special something that elevates the language beyong prose.
