Horatio (Free verse) by april fool

It was his first day at school. The start of his path to glory. They christened him Horatio. They thought it would give him status and gravitas. It would give him splendour and grandeur. He could walk with his head held high. He could sail through life with confidence and pride. Earls and kings would court him. The great and the good would be his friends and he would want for nothing. He would rise to greatness and fame and riches And fulfil his destiny And the world would know his name ...But in our school, a name like Horatio only gets you your head kicked in

The third verse seems weak compared to the rest.
