that sixty minutes (Free verse) by francis nor capule

sixty minutes of waiting there for you on that corner, throngs of buses passing by the multitude comes and goes i badly wanted a cigarette so bad, but i remembered the promise i made so i kept it a quarter past nine i decided to call you to see if you were home you picked up never was i so happy that sixty minutes knowing for a fact that i will see you even though you were not there...
