The White Room (Free verse) by thepinkbunnyofdoom

In the white room With black curtains Here our fates are certain They'll pump us with drugs And kiss us with hugs Saying how much they miss us They say I'm not in my right mind So I assume I'm in the left one Speaking of leaving Hows that treating you? They say these white rooms Will fix us, so am I broken Because these white walls Make me crazy? Tell me of chairs Without straps to clutch you And windows that break, When you throw chairs at them Tell me of colors They don't coat pills, Mine are red and yellow, I love your sleeves Mine are too long They tie them behind me Can you imagine? Someone told them I'm crazy They say I'm broken And they want to fix me By putting me in rooms that make me crazy Drowning me in sedatives To keep me thinking dizzy You still haven't answered my question I asked how leaving was treating you You come here once a month For one hour and leave And your not crazy So doctor, in your honest opinion How long do you think Before these white walls Won't make me crazy?
