deviant conveniences (Free verse) by J.B. Manning

We had unprotected sex Knowing you’re infected Your cum-fungus blistered my flesh On contact Memories of you resonate in my mind Like water on windows Certainty fades like Daylight and looking back is easy…fore-site blinding Love is addictive and I’m broken I want to Tie your pubic hair in knots and hang you on your contemplation Every time You say goodbye.

How is the "consciousness's corollary" reported? How is it timed in relation to chemical and electrical output of the brain? How do we know it is not some other aspect of consciousness that induces the brain to physically react in a certain way? As far as I know the scientific community is intrigued by these questions and no one has really drawn any solid conclusions about the source of consciousness.
