Just those three little words (Free verse) by Alyssa91

A picture for a thousand words A moment for a simple phrase A split second for a half asentence That captures what I need to say I'm standing here; you're over there Acting like there's nothing wrong But I can see the confusion thinly veiled beneath your smile A thousand words for just one picture A simple phrase for a single moment A half a sentence for a splits econd That captures what you need to see Shifty shoulders, embarrassed eyes Trying to find a place to hide From your eyes staring endlessly into me Losing them in what they see Don’t believe what you just heard? Well yes, then, I said them Those three little words

Well, it's not completely hopeless, and that's good as far as momentum's concerned. you do have a typo "asentence" that can be easily ratified with a -, notice, a-sentence, pronounced, ahsentence'.
