Replying to a comment on:

forgetfulness (Other) by daniella

once over in the deserted dawn did efflorescense from beyond, and gazing to view a somber shadow found, meadows razed in sullen bloom. an empy vast arrested garden reaped by indifferent hands, forgotten. i dared not bend to embrace the blossoms not for their aging cimmerian beauty, nor for their wanton lit caress. but therein, among the pungent buds lay dying the callous prickled heart of bold forgetfulness. sudden through wind its ruinous seed did mount its flight. nor bird nor bee to mingle with this plight joined in to still this impending night. still, cast out to mix with lethal dew into my deserted soul it grew. despite my hand, to keep from view, arising brisk to cloak my sorrow, a fatal breath spread round my eyes in pools of mourning for all tomorrows. and forced a thorough tear, edging me to borrow a stumbled, backward gait and then inward on behind me, towards the unending deserted dawn
